2022-2023 Public Project Funding and Reporting Requirements

May 27, 2022 - All Capital Construction/Capital Renewal/Controlled Maintenance Projects funded in the FY2022-23 Long Bill were appropriated through the General Fund with the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds Program (SLFRF), which are considered Federal funds.

Capitol Complex Master Plan released

Jan. 23, 2015 - A year-long study of the buildings and grounds owned and managed by the State of Colorado in the State Capitol area and its resulting recommendations have been released by the Office of the State Architect. Authorized by Senate Bill 13-263 (C.R.S. 24-82-101(3)), the Capitol Complex Master Plan assists with facilities planning, maintenance and funding decisions through its extensive evaluation of agency needs, building conditions and urban design issues.
