The following forms are intended for State personnel use only for conducting real estate transactions involving state agencies and institutions of higher education.
Both the Long Form and Short Form Leases have been replaced with the Gross Lease Agreement below. This change is the result of HB 1395 / CRS 39-3-124, affecting the rent in Article 1. Under a gross lease, the landlord is responsible for all operating expenses for the property.
