Capitol Complex Master Plan, approved by the CDC and OSPB on July 9, 2015, is a study of the buildings and grounds owned by the Department of Administration & Personnel (DPA) and managed by Capitol Complex Facilities (CCF) and its resulting recommendations will assist with facilities planning, maintenance and funding decisions through its extensive evaluation of agency needs, building conditions and urban design issues.
