As such, State Wage Determination documents (PDFs) shared on this website are not created or maintained by the Department of Personnel & Administration. Between July 1, 2021 and December 30, 2021 the following Policy and Procedures are applicable to Public Projects as defined in C.R.S. § 24-103-908 (1) and C.R.S. § 24-92-201 (5), excluding those projects approved by the governing boards of institutions of higher education. Wage determinations (WDs) during this period will be found on the United States Government SAM.gov website.

Starting January 1, 2022 Wage determinations (WD's) can be located according to Construction type and County.
